	United Way hosts Mother's Day Carriage Rides April 24, 2011 Not sure what to do for Mother’s Day? Tired of the same old gifts? How about treating your mom and/or wife to a carriage ride? It’s something that is unique and will be remembered for years to come. The United Way of Paulding County will be hosting Mother’s Day carriage rides on Saturday, May 7th from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reservations can be made at the United Way office located at the corner of Perry and Williams Street, or by calling 419-399- 8240. Tickets are $10.00 per adult and $5.00 per child. Also available for purchase will be roses, photo of you and your mom in the carriage, as well as raffle tickets for a chance to win one of three Mother’s Day gift baskets full of goodies for your special mom. To purchase in advance please call the office or see any United Way Board member. United Way President, Sarah Sajuan said “The Valentine’s Day carriage rides were so successful; we wanted to bring this event back for the community. Hopefully the weather will be milder than it was in February!” All proceeds go to the United Way of Paulding County. “The money raised in Paulding County stays in Paulding County to help our neighbors in need.” commented Amy McCreery United Way Executive Director. The United Way of Paulding County will be hosting Mother’s Day carriage rides on Saturday, May 7th from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
