MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of the United Way of Paulding County to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of the community.

PURPOSE
The United Way of Paulding County's purpose is to increase the organized capacity of the people of Paulding County, Ohio to care for one another through the establishment of a community process which brings people together to identify, improve, and where possible, resolve health and human-care problems, all in an effort to promote individual well-being and social good.

PARTNERSHIPS
United Way of Paulding County is currently partnered with Home Depot and The Disney Store through Gifts In Kind International. The items received from these stores must be given to the ill, needy and youth in the community. In the past, many items have been received and given to those in need within Paulding County. Previous recipients include head start programs and local churches.

HEALTH
FamilyWize prescription drug discount cards are being distributed by United Way of Paulding County. This card could lower the cost of medicine by an average of 35%. United Way of Paulding County is providing these cards free of charge to everyone in our community. There are no age restrictions, no income restrictions, no limit on how many times you can use it and no waiting to get a card.

AGENCIES
United Way of Paulding County partners with local agencies to mobilize the caring power of communities to achieve lasting social change. These programs help our friends and neighbors in need.
